How to run the Web App Locally

- Use Visual Studio 2015 to open the src/Cloud/ContosoInsurance-Cloud.sln Visual Studio Solution file.
- Right click the ContosoInsurance.Web project and select Set as StartUp Project.
- Press F5.
- Observe the web browser open and load the Contoso Insurance claims search page.
